This advanced workshop is designed to take you from a standard manicurist to a highly skilled, in demand technician, delivering clean, refined, long lasting results your clients will notice immediately. This is not just about technique. It is about understanding the why behind your work, refining your control, and elevating your standards to an elite manicurist.

Detailed nail and skin anatomy for a deeper understanding

Identification of skin and cuticle types

Combination manicure, also known as Russian or Eastern European manicure
- How to adapt your technique for different skin types

Advanced cuticle work for cleaner prep, resulting in future minimal maintenance appointments

Perfecting builder gel using hidden apex techniques, creating strength through the stress area while maintaining the illusion of thinner, refined nails without relying on a bulky free edge or the need of refinement

Understanding the importance of parallel sidewalls and correct structure to maintain strength, balance, and durability, resulting in easier and more predictable maintenance appointments

Master painting and bridging the gap for a flawless finish, allowing the manicure to appear fresh even after two weeks of growth

Creating sharper shapes and a refined, thin free edge while preventing natural nail separation from the enhancement
Bonus addition:
- Flawless gel ombré without the use of sponging or pigment powders

Course Location: Beacon Park, Plymouth
Course duration: 9am – 5pm (Please note the day may finish early or run over slightly)
Prerequisite: E-file and Builder Gel (BIAB) proof of certifications must be emailed upon booking
Course requirement:
You will be required to attend the workshop with product on your nails, such as Builder Gel (BIAB), Hard Gel, or Acrylic, with at least 3–4 weeks of regrowth.
Please refrain from carrying out any cuticle work for a minimum of 3–4 weeks prior to the workshop to ensure the best training results.
All students will be working on themselves to fully understand pressure, technique, and the client experience.
You will need to bring your own E-file machine.
No kit is required for this workshop.
